This salad makes a great side for burgers, tacos, or with any summer cookout that needs an extra tangy, flavorful punch.
- 2 medium avocados, cubed
- 1 pint tomatoes (we used sunburst), halved
- 1 medium red onion, julienned
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
